It is my belief that the future workplace will blur boundaries between human creativity and machine intelligence, that anticipate our needs.

Teams will form around challenges rather than roles, collaborating across boundaries. Workers will alternate between deep focus and broader coordination, using AI for routine tasks while applying human intelligence to complex problems.

Continuous learning will replace traditional career paths as adaptability becomes the most valuable skill.

That being said creativity and taste always have and always will be invaluable in a sea of sameness. AI will not replace that.
